The Superquadro Mono is no ordinary engine (for Ducati anyway); it’s a high-revving little single that’s directly inspired by the brands own racing heritage. With a not-too-shabby 77.5 horsepower and a redline set at 10,250 rpm, this unit achieves levels of performance that set new benchmarks for its class. It’s derived from the same pedigree as the 1299 Panigale’s twin engine, inheriting components like the 116 mm bore piston, titanium intake and steel exhaust valves, and Desmodromic distribution.
What sets the Hypermotard 698 Mono apart in the market is its electronic package, which boasts a comprehensive suite of features, such as ABS Cornering, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Engine Brake Control, Ducati Power Launch, and Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) Up/Down (standard on the RVE version). The 698 Mono presents four distinct riding modes (Sport, Road, Urban, and Wet) and three Engine Mode settings. It provides riders with the flexibility to tailor the bike’s performance to their preferences and skill level, thanks to the inclusion of a gear indicator and limiter indicator.

You have two versions to choose from: the classic Ducati Red with a powder-coated frame or the RVE version with exclusive graphics and a black frame, complete with the DQS quickshifter as standard.
